About Team Rafe William

Hi and thank you for stopping by our fundraising page. We are a family of 5 based out of Massachusetts. We received Rafe's FOXG1 diagnosis a little after his first birthday. When we finally found out what the cause of his delays were, we experienced considerable health obstacles. Many months were spent at Boston Children's Hospital trying to get his seizures and general health under control. We are happy to report that he is now 10 years old (this past July) and we have had many stable years after finally getting things under control (as best as one can with FOXG1). We are raising awareness to help fund the race for a cure for this incredibly rare disease. Thank you again, words cannot describe how much any contribution, big or small, means to us and the FOXG1 community!
