About Crosby’s Cure

Crosby is 2 years old and has an early gene mutation which has a very severe outcome. He is unable to sit unassisted, has a visual impairment and severe movement disorder, and seizures. Although he has limitations, he is the sweetest boy with the best giggle and smile. We are making great progress toward a cure including gene therapy, ASO therapy and drug repurposing.
